Terms of sale

Last updated: 2026-07-10

These terms apply to the paid Premium subscription. Browsing the map stays free and is covered by the Terms of use.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the paid Premium subscription to ATTARIKH sold to consumers. The seller is the publisher named in the Legal notice. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Offers and prices

ATTARIKH is free to browse. The Premium subscription unlocks the full timeline (1000 BCE to 2026), quizzes, favourites and Full HD export. It is offered at 2,99 €/month or 31,99 €/year. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price in effect at your order applies for the current period.

3. Order and payment

An account is required to subscribe. Payment is sold and processed securely by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; we never receive or store your card number. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Lemon Squeezy issues an invoice for each payment.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because the Premium subscription is digital content and services made available immediately, you expressly request that access begin at once and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started. This waiver is presented and confirmed at checkout.

5. Duration, cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from "My information" in the account menu, or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Given the immediate-access waiver above, payments already made are not refundable except where the law requires it or where the service was materially unavailable through our fault.

6. Liability, law and disputes

The service is provided as is; historical data is for education and may be simplified. Nothing here limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by French law. For any dispute you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or a consumer mediator, after first contacting us to seek a solution.
